- On the hoof = 1,200 to 1,400 pounds.
- Dressed = 780 to 950 pounds.
- A side of dressed beef weighs from 390 to 475 pounds.
Prices
- On the hoof = $1.39 per pound plus the cost of processing.
- Whole dressed beef = $2.39 per pound plus the cost of processing.
- One half dressed beef = $2.49 per pound plus the cost of processing.
Deposits
A check for $100 is all you need to hold your beef selection. Final payment will be due prior to processing.
